What is sanding

Grinding process

After pre-treatment (such as desizing, boiling, bleaching, and silk polishing), the surface of ordinary fabric is very smooth and even. Grinding is done by rubbing the fabric surface with a roller wrapped in sandpaper (different numbers of sandpaper are wrapped according to the fabric, and then the fabric surface is subjected to a certain tension on the sandpaper roller running at high speed in the grinding machine, slowly passing through the friction of the six sandpaper rollers on the fabric surface), and the fabric surface has dense fluff. Thus changing the structural properties of the fabric surface, forming a plush feeling, just like the skin of a peach. Therefore, brushed finishing is also known as peach skin like finishing, and brushed fabric is also known as peach skin velvet or brushed fabric. According to the intensity requirements, grinding can be divided into deep grinding, medium grinding, or shallow grinding. Types of brushed fabrics

3. The imitation of human body is strong. We add polyurethane lotion to the fabric, and after a new round of buffing, the surface of the fabric can be made of artificial leather with a high degree of simulation.
