Jacquard fabric, yarn dyed fabric, and printed fabric

Fabric products may seem simple, but they are actually divided into various branches based on the different textile processes and post-processing steps of the fabric. The most easily confused appearance is jacquard fabric, printed fabric, and yarn dyed fabric. These three types of gauze can all be made of pure cotton or other materials, and their appearance can achieve the effects of neat fabric surface, diverse patterns and colors.

Jacquard fabric

Jacquard fabric is woven using jacquard machines, divided into large jacquard and small jacquard. Different machines can weave patterns with different circulation positions. The pattern of the jacquard fabric must be determined before weaving, and the yarn of the desired color must be selected before weaving. The pattern and weaving can be completed in one go. The small jacquard pattern is relatively simple
And the large jacquard pattern can be quite messy. Changes can be very diverse, depending on one's own request for colored woven jacquard fabric or dyed jacquard fabric. The pattern color can be the same as or different from the jacquard base

yarn dyed

Colored woven fabric is not dyed fabric. Compared to jacquard fabric, the weaving process is simpler: after determining the color of the fabric, the yarn is dyed first, and then woven on the machine. Has non pilling, wear-resistant, strong stain resistance, easy to clean and maintain, can be hand washed or machine washed, and does not require spin drying. The advantages of yarn dyed gauze are uniform coloring and soft color. The total wear and tear of yarn dyed fabrics is relatively high, and the production capacity of yarn dyed fabrics is not as high as that of pure cotton fabrics, so the cost will also be higher.

printed fabric

Printed fabric is currently the most widely circulated product, which is woven from raw fabric, bleached or semi bleached, and then printed and dyed. Printed fabrics (regardless of layer) are generally single-sided printed and dyed, with clearer graphics on the front and far inferior on the back. When the cotton threads of the printed and dyed parts are removed, it can be found that the deeper yarns have not been significantly printed and dyed. So compared to the other two products, printed fabric has the characteristics of diverse patterns, rich and beautiful colors, and low cost, and has gradually become a popular fabric widely used in the market.
