This product of our company is cotton nylon weft spandex.Its name is SYDB031.Cotton and nylon is a kind of blended fabric.It not only combines the advantages of cotton and nylon,but also conceal the shortcomings of the two different fabrics cleverly.
The advantages of cotton:It is comfortable to wear,breathable to absorb sweat, soft to feel, easy to clean, not irritating skin, warm in winter and cool in summer.
The disadvantages of cotton:It is not wear-resisting,easy to fold,shrink,easy to fade,its durability is poor.
The advantages of nylon:Strong strength and wear resistance, good elasticity, good moisture absorption.
The disadvantages of nylon:Poor water absorption and light resistance.
Therefore,the essence of each fabric must be obtained and the dross must be removed.Combine cotton and nylon to become a new-type fabric.The blended fabric highlights both the style of nylon and the strengths of cotton.Whether it’s try or hot and sweaty,it will always have good elasticity,stable size,small shrinkage.
