The product specification of our company is variable inclined taslan.Its name is SYHX020. A twill fabric is a complete weave in which at least two warp and two weft threads are interwoven. Each warp and weft has only one warp and weft point, and the diagonal pattern is made up of continuous weft points on the fabric surface. Twill weave is the appearance effect of twill on the surface of a fabric made up of long floats or weft threads. Twill fabric has less interleaving between warp and weft than plain weave, which makes the gap between warp and weft yarns smaller. The yarns can be arranged more closely, thus the fabric is denser and thicker. Therefore, twill fabric has obvious oblique lines, soft feel, strong stereoscopic feeling, good luster and elasticity. The advantages of taslan: First.high hardness.Good abrasion resistance.The great advantage of taslon is its durability and wear resistance.The wear resistance of it ,is many times higher than any other fibrous material in the same class of products.This is an ideal material for abrasion resistant crafts. Second.Light.The density of taslan is small.Itself is light.It is only listed after polypropylene, acrylic fiber in the man-made fiber textile, its net weight is lighter than cotton and viscose fiber.Therefore, it is suitable for mountaineering clothing, winter clothing and so on. Third.The ductility and ductility recovery ability of taslan with fatigue resistance are very good. Fourth.Good dyeing. The dyeing of taslan is better. Fifth.Alkali resistant and reducing agent resistant to good efficacy of mildew, fear not moth. Sixth.Resistance to low temperature.Nylon filament has excellent resistance to low temperature, and its resilience transformation is not great when the temperature is less than 75℃. As one of ski series, this fabric is also breathable.
