The product specification of our company is 3/1 variable twill yarn-dyed.Its name is SYHX005. A twill fabric is a complete weave in which at least two warp and two weft threads are interwoven. Each warp and weft has only one warp and weft point, and the diagonal pattern is made up of continuous weft points on the fabric surface. Twill weave is the appearance effect of twill on the surface of a fabric made up of long floats or weft threads. Twill fabric has less interleaving between warp and weft than plain weave, which makes the gap between warp and weft yarns smaller. The yarns can be arranged more closely, thus the fabric is denser and thicker. Therefore, twill fabric has obvious oblique lines, soft feel, strong stereoscopic feeling, good luster and elasticity. What are the advantages of yarn-dyed fabrics? Let's take a look. (1) Hygroscopicity: Cotton fiber has good moisture absorption, under normal circumstances, the fiber can absorb water into the surrounding atmosphere, its moisture content is 8-10%, so it contact with the human skin, people feel soft and not rigid. If the humidity of cotton cloth increases, the surrounding temperature is higher, the water in the fiber will all evaporate away, so that the fabric maintains a water balance, making people feel comfortable. (2) Thermal insulation: Because cotton fiber is the poor conductor of heat and electricity, the heat conduction coefficient is very low, and because cotton fiber itself has the advantages of porosity and high elasticity, a lot of air can be stored between the fibers, air is the poor conductor of heat and electricity, so, pure cotton fiber textiles have good heat preservation, it can make people feel warm. (3) Heat resistance: Heat resistance of cotton fabric is good, under 110℃,it will only cause moisture evaporation on the fabric, will not damage the fiber, so cotton fabric at room temperature has a very good washable durability. (4) Hygiene: Cotton fiber is a natural fiber, which is mainly composed of cellulose, and has a small amount of waxy substance and nitrogen and pectin. After various inspection and practice, pure cotton fabrics contact with skin without any stimulation, no negative effect, beneficial to human health harmless, good sanitary performance. As a kind of ski series, this fabric is also breathable.
